OK I've got a couple questions that someone could possibly help me out with... 1st problem with my truck...(85chevy 1/2 ton) Kid before put a 400 in it and its bored like 40 or something over... anyways it burnes (no leaks) about 2 quarts a week in oil.... its getting kinda expensive... what im possibly thinking it has something to do with the low friction rings, or that he didnt change the size of the piston rings when he bored it out... so anyone else have a general idea before i start pulling this apart????
Next....i have to get a proportioning valve for my brakes and OMG they are expensive, but i can only find them out of summit and so forth no aftermarket stores... so i dont know how safe it is to pull on of of another truck??? any ideas on this one too????
