Lake Odessa, MI (Wednesday, June 12, 2019) - The American Ethanol Modified Tour Presented by Allstar Performance (AEmods) is gearing up for a historic doubleheader weekend, that will see teams travel internationally for the first time in their short history. On Friday and Saturday, June 14th and 15th, the AEmods will take on Southern Ontario Motor Speedway in the Candian Province of Ontario.

As teams get ready to take on the former South Buxton Speedway, they’re plan is to try and find a way to stop current points leader Will Krup. Over the past five shows, Krup has won three, including last weekend’s doubleheader from Hartford Speedway and Montpelier Motor Speedway; prior to that he finished second at Gas City I-69 Speedway and fourth at I-96 Speedway. The pool of talent that comes along with the AEmods is sure to spark great battles throughout the remainder of the year, as drivers try to find a way to end Krup’s dominance.

This weekend marks the first ever trip outside of the United States of America for the AEmods, as they face Southern Ontario Motor Speedway. The 3/8 mile oval has played host to exciting UMP Modified racing in the past, and gears up for more of the same starting Friday. The first night of AEmods action will be a $1,000 (U.S.) to win, non-points race - however, the top 10 out of Friday night’s race, will be locked in to the Saturday evening show, paying normal AEmods points, and $1,500 (U.S.) to win.
