There are alot of rumors floating around about the checks from the Common Wealth Cup. Well I was tired of the rumors so I went to Birky's website and e-mailed them to find out. Here is what I got back.
It is not only Brian's check that is bad, it's everyone's. I tried to cash just the dash check for $600 and the funds were not available. What really stinks, is that the drivers made three trips to that track to try and make that money and the owners knew they didn't have it. They back-dated the checks so they expired on Monday. We'll see what happens. We won't be supporting that track any longer either. Thanks for your concern.

So there you have it. I have only one other thing to add, I hope everyone boycotts KLMS and supports the Tindals and PIR next year.
