Madison, Il - Johnny Benson won the Dodge Dealers Ram Tough 200 at Gateway International Raceway. For Benson this is his second consecutive NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series win.
Ron Hornaday came in second place followed by Ted Musgrave, Todd Bodine and Regan Smith.
For Hornaday, the overall finish was most beneficial because he moved into the overall season point's lead, passing Mike Skinner who blew a tire earlier in the race. Skinner finished in 28th place.
Kenny Wallace finished on the lead lap in 13th place and Ken Schrader finished in 17th place.
Benson took the lead on lap 147 and held on for the victory. It was his eighth career NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series victory.
