BONNE TERRE, Mo. -- (April 17, 2004) The 2004 points season at Big River Sand Drags opened Saturday night with nearly 80 racers participating.
In the Competition Eliminator class, Brenda Smith of Mineral Point was the top eliminator and first place winner while Tim Dee of Bismarck settled for second place.
In Stock Buggy, Jeremy Sutton of Park Hills was the first place winner with Gary Hollinsworth Sr. of Mineral Point taking top eliminator and second place.
In Junior ATV, Garth Farris of Potosi was the top eliminator and first place winner with Desiree Conway of Leadwood taking second place.
In ATV-1, Cassie Patterson of Leadwood was the top eliminator and first place winner while Brad Lunn of Pacific was the second place winner.
In Pro ATV, Andrew Burcham of Desloge was the top eliminator and first place winner with Bobby Cunningham of Hartford, Ill. taking second place.
In Super Pro ATV, Roy Chasteen of Farmington was the first place winner and top eliminator while Justin Garnett of Hillsboro settled for second place.
