BONNE TERRE, Mo. -- (April 23, 2005) Despite the cold temperatures and the damp condition, racing action continued at Big River Sand Drags with a full slate of action.
In the Super Pro ATV class, Matt Haynes of Arnold was the first place winner with Sam Coleman of Mineral Point taking second place and winning the top eliminator race.
In Pro ATV, Bobby Cunningham of Wood River, Ill. was the first place winner with second place winner Tony Pannell of Fenton winning the top eliminator race.
In ATV-1, Eric McCoy of Potosi was the top eliminator and first place winner with Lauren Banks of Pilot Knob taking second place.
In Junior ATV, Garth Farris of Mineral Point was the first place winner and top eliminator with Blake Jimmerson of Viburnum taking second place.
In Competition Eliminator, Steve Barton of Bonne Terre captured first place with William Sutton of Des Arc taking second place and winning the top eliminator race.
In Stock Buggy, Jeremy Sutton of Park Hills was the top eliminator and first place winner while Ralph Smith of Mineral Point taking second place.
In Off Road Modified, James Casteel of Bismarck was the first place winner with James Womble taking second place.
In Vehicle ET, Brandon Juergens of Bonne Terre was the first place winner while second place winner Philip Beaird of St.Louis won the top eliminator race.
