(BATESVILLE, ARKANSAS) The Billy Moyer Racing (BMR) team, fresh off their $100,000 'Dream 100' triumph at the Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio, continued their recent hot streak last week by conquering the first three UMP DIRTcar Summer Nationals stops. Billy Moyer kicked off the "Hell Tour" with a bang, as he reached victory lane at the Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown, Indiana (June 16), Kankakee County Speedway in Kankakee, Illinois (June 17), and Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond, Wisconsin (June 18). All three Summer Nationals wins were worth $5,000 a piece and brings Billy's 2010 win total to thirteen.

"Mr. Smooth" also competed in a $10,000 to win UMP DIRTcar Summer Nationals showdown on Saturday night, June 19 at Cedar Lake. Unfortunately, a broken lifter early in the 40-lap 'Masters' finale cost Billy a chance at his fourth series win in a row and relegated him to a disappointing nineteenth place performance. You can read a race-by-race recap from last week's action online at www.billymoyer.com.

"The start of the Summer Nationals was pretty good to us last week," understated Moyer yesterday via telephone from his Batesville, Arkansas race shop. "We weren't geared up at all to follow that deal, but I wanted to hit the first four races because those were all at tracks that I enjoy going to. We kept tinkering with the car all week and got it pretty good with the exception of the mechanical problem on Saturday at Cedar Lake. After a few days here at the shop, hopefully we have everything put back together and we can have a strong Firecracker 100 weekend at Lernerville!"

Up next for the BMR team will be the 4th Annual 'Firecracker 100' weekend at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania! The new and improved format for the 'Firecracker 100' will start tonight, June 24 with a $6,000 to win program. Another $6,000 to win show will be held at the Pittsburgh area venue on Friday night, while the $30,000 to win 'Firecracker 100' will headline the huge weekend on Saturday evening, June 26. The World of Outlaws Late Model Series will sanction all three nights of racing action at Lernerville.
