(DuQuoin, IL) The C.A.R.S. Weekly Racing Series will return to the Windy Hollow Speedway in Owensboro, Ky on Sunday, September 17. This event will pay $1,000 to the feature winner and $175 to start, with valuable C.A.R.S. Championship Points up for grabs as well! C.A.R.S. Crate Late Model Qualifying will start at 5:00pm and the racing action will begin at 6:00pm.
