Seubert Calf Ranches Racing, (the livestock
transportation experts), teaming up with Wissota
Rookie sensation Justin "The Jet" Fegers and the
Fegers Race Team, flew the flight of their lives this
weekend that landed them in the 16th starting spot in
the 22nd Annual Dirt Track World Championships in
Bardstown Ky. The prestigious DTWC starting grid of 26
was whittled away from over 120 Super Late Models
Teams and was littered throughout with our sports
greatest superstars. The #15 MasterSbilt by Mars was
up to the challenge, timing in 14th fastest, started
the 7th heat race on the outside front row and never
looked back finishing a heavily contested second
place. "The Jet" took his first ever Super Late Model
start behind Scott Bloomquist, alongside Bob Pierce,
and in front of Wendall Wallace. The Sun Rays Tanning
Center sponsored #15 ran a solid feature, swapping
positions several times with Pierce and Wallace before
retiring on lap #59 with mechanical failure. A Special
Thank You to Mars Racing for their last minute help
and Congratulations to the Fegers Race Team who
represented Seubert Calf Ranches Racing with all the
Class of the Champions they are.

The Dream Weekend began on Friday afternoon when
the Seubert Teams of Kerry Hansen and Brent Larson
rendezvoused with the Fegers Team at Heaven Hill
Distillery in Bardstown Kentucky for the unveiling of
the Fighting Cock Kentucky Bourbon logo dressed out
on the Hauler and Race Cars. We were met with a
beautiful southern afternoon and a gathering cowd of
employees and fans. The race teams were very impressed
with our gracious hostess, Susan Wahl and our
knowledgable tour guide who led the teams through the distlillery of the Nations Largest Producer and Marketer of Distilled Spirits Products.

It didn't matter how heart warming the Heaven Hill
products were, it couldn't keep our spirits from being
dampened when we woke on Saturday to an all day
drizzle that kept us hanging till late evening. Sunday
morning broke out with a promise to be one of the
biggest race days of the year starting at 11am and
finishing well after midnight. The 20 year veteran of
Upper Midwest Late Model Racing, Kerry Hansen, Spencer
Wi., was our first car out timing in 7th fastest,
locking in a heat race pole position in his first ever
DTWC attempt. Kerry found it to be an impossible task
to make up the several positions lost when his
ProPowered Rocket drifted to the top of the track in
turns one and two, finishing 6th. That was enough to
qualify him for a spot in B-main #2, where he finished
a strong 6th.

The night ended early for the Seubert Calf Ranches ProPowered MasterSbilt, guided by Brent Larson who qualified for an outside second row in his heat race, but limped home his OCI sponsored #8 damaged after making contact with a lap car.

The Seubert Calf Ranches Race Teams recieved a cold
message from Mother Nature as she blew 6 inches of
SNOW into Central Wisconsin as the teams arrived home.
