Coldwater, Mississippi (03/01/11) – Chris Moore continued his torrid start to the 2011 season over the weekend by claiming his second win in as many events in his #17 Lindsey Motorsports/Shaw By C Moore/FLR Racing Engine Open Wheel Modified at the 14th Annual Bama Bash.
Chris entered the 14th Annual Bama Bash over the weekend at Green Valley Speedway (Glencoe, Alabama). With a $1,000 winner's purse on the line, Moore started the weekend by winning his heat race on Friday night to earn the pole position for Saturday night's finale. He would start alongside Kenny Compton Jr. for the feature, and would initially drop to second at the drop of the green flag. The team will not be in action again until Friday and Saturday, March 18th-19th at Malden Speedway (Malden, Missouri) with the annual Bootheel 200, which will be sanctioned by the USCS Modified Series.
