42 cars, bloomer was fast qualifer
heat 1, bloomer, 26 faust was 4th

The tracked locked down pretty much after qualifying.
33 Mods.

Bloomer won the 25 lap dash for 2 grand.
Francis was 2nd.

I thought English was second, then Steve, Birky. Hobson ran away with the mod feature, Walsh came from the back to run in the top 5 or 6, he started about 18th or so. Wasn't to bad on time either just got cleaned up, and its only 2:20am not bad for a 3hr drive. Track was very Dusty! Wasn't a bad show for $20.00, we went to the stands instead of the ball batting at the pit gate for $35.00. Tonights show will not be worth the money, for 50 laps in the featuer and a b-main of 15 laps. I think I'll have to miss it. Donnie

the race for tonight was rained out, as of about 4:30, rain didnt hit the area till almost 3, but as we were leaving, everyone was leaving the track, havent heard if they are rescheduling, but Im assuming it will be next weekend!!! I was kinda disappointed in the car count for the late models, I mean Bloomer, Birky, English, Francis, Aukland, and Freddy Smith was there, but no Moyer, Babb, O'Neal, Weaver, and any other guys from up here!! Just basically a bunch of locals!!!

I sure didn't know that Birky, Francis, Auckland, Bloomer and Smith were a bunch of locals!!
