(DuQuoin, IL) The C.A.R.S. Weekly Racing Series will make their first ever appearence at Windy Hollow Speedway in Owensboro, Ky on Sunday, September 10, for a 9/11 Memorial Special event. This event will pay $1,000 to the feature winner and $175 to start, with valuable C.A.R.S. Championship Points up for grabs as well! C.A.R.S. Crate Late Model Qualifying will start at 5:00pm and the racing action will begin at 6:00pm.
Windy Hollow Speedway promoters, Randy and Kim Booker wanted to do something special and solute the service men and women, Firefighters and Police Officers that serve our country, so all Military, Police Officers and Firefighters will receive free grandstand admission for this event (must be in uniform or have valid I.D.).
