The National Guard will be holding a departure ceremony at the Farmington Civic Center on Sunday January 4th at 4:00 p.m. for our guard unit that has been activated to go to Iraq.
The event is free and open to the public.
As you all know, one of our drivers Chris Pettus is a part of this unit as is Pete Koenig (driver of the #43 Hobby Stock at SFCR).
Anyone who'd like to go and show their support is more than welcome.
