Officials with the FASTRAK Racing Series powered by Chevrolet Performance and Tyler County Speedway have announced that the $7,000 to win Great American Crate Race has been postponed without a rescheduled date immediately available. The COVID-19 pandemic has now postponed the series’ first two scheduled events, along with the series debut for the FASTRAK Racing Series Northeast.

“Obviously, we want to get back to racing as soon as possible,” said FASTRAK Vice President DJ Irvine, “However, we are continuing our race by race approach. It is a fluid situation, so we are keeping up with all guidelines from federal, state, and local officials. Our number one goal remains the safety of our teams, fans, and officials.”

FASTRAK and Tyler County Speedway will work towards a rescheduled date once restrictions on large gatherings in West Virginia are lifted. Meanwhile, FASTRAK is working with race tracks, parts suppliers, manufacturers, and race teams to assist with applying for the Small Business Administration’s relief programs. Anyone interested should contact DJ Irvine at (270)564-1914.
