Officials with the FASTRAK Racing Series Northeast and Latrobe Speedway have announced that the June 13 race has been postponed. The announcement comes as Pennsylvania is gradually lifting restrictions amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Latrobe Speedway plans to have their opening night on June 13, with weekly FASTRAK Pro Late Models as part of the event.

“We look forward to bringing the FASTRAK Racing Series Northeast to Latrobe Speedway,” said FASTRAK Vice President DJ Irvine, “However, the current guidelines will make it difficult to have a successful show for Latrobe Speedway. We hope that everyone will support Latrobe Speedway with their opening night.”

While a rescheduled date was not immediately available, an announcement will be made once a date is finalized. FASTRAK recently announced that no points will be awarded towards the VP Racing Fuels National Weekly Championship until 75% of sanctioned tracks are able to resume operations.
