Due to the weather, Monday's events have been cancelled as well. The event has been rescheduled for October 10, 11 and 12th, which was already on the track's schedule.

The way I understand it now October 10th will be qualifying for Street Stocks & Bombers with a Hog Roast to follow and pit passes $10 for that night ...

Additional information will be posted later this week on the track's website and flyers mailed to all of the drivers regarding the three day show.

Thanks!

And with that I shall leave for Duquoin. Thanks Leigh Ann for keeping this all up to date, enjoy your day off.......lol

Ok hound.

I shall from this day forth blindly and mindlessly follow UMP for I know that there can be no other alternative than to worship at the UMP throne with Dirt Hound, the almighty legend of UMP devotees who can see nothing beyond UMP and the wonderful work of UMP at all area tracks.
Amen.

Pass the vomit bag.

Oct 11th is Pevely's sportsman nationals which was moved from the 4th after Brownstown sceduled a race on that date.

Actually, here's what happened ...

Fayette County's was originally scheduled for the 4th - 6th of October.

Then it was brought to our attention that it was a scheduling conflict so it was changed to the 10th - 12th of October.

THEN,

UMP changed the data of the Big Extravaganza for the Challenge of Champions Series to October 4th at I-55 so they rescheduled their Street Stock show to the next weekend, which happened to be the weekend Fayette County has had on their schedule since January.

It's unfortunate that things worked out that way, but Fayette County will indeed be racing a 3-day show October 10-12th and looks forward to another great weekend of racing!

One more date change

Due to the big race in Batesville the 2nd weekend in October the Fayette County race has been rescheduled to October 17th through 19th. Information on this event will be posted on the track's website later this week.

Once again fayette Co Speedway Has changed dates to avoid conflicts with other tracks and we all thank yoou for that.

Now lets not push it back any farther some of us sleep out there during these shows and it starts to get a little brisk at night around that time of year....lol
