With the tremendously appreciated $500 donation to the Fredericktown Raceway Azalea Racefest this next SUNDAY, JUNE 1st, our revised pay scale will look something like this. What I simply did was take the $500 and equally split it into the top 20 positions. That means if you make the 20-vehcile feature you will get no less than $45.

Hornets/Wannabees
15-lap feature
Payout
1st - $175
2nd - $125
3rd - $105
4th - $95
5th - $85
6th - $75
7th - $65
8th - $55
9th - $50
10-20th - $45

Don't you think that seems to be the fairest!! REMEMBER, there MUST BE AT LEAST 16 cars to receive this purse. If not it will be reduced..

For more information on this event contact me at (573) 747-0566.

NOTE: These figures are based on at least a 16-car field! If we have under this amount we will have to amend these figures.
Trophies awarded for the amateur ATV class.
This will be a RAMS Points Series event and will pay accordingly.
The rain-date for this event is May 18th.

During the day on Sunday, May 4th, here's some of the other stuff going on with the festival leading up to the race.
They will be having a parade starting at 2 p.m. The car show awards presentation (and several of the race cars will be involved) will take place at 4 p.m.
I understand the festival will be centered this year around Jaycee Park.

If you have any questions feel free to contact Jeff Mills at (573) 747-0566.

Don't forget, we are also trying to help out the Madison County Food Bank here.

We've already rounded up a pretty good group of sponsors for the Fredericktown Azalea Racefest. They include:

Hulsey Motorsports of Park Hills
Driver's Seat_
Sargent Construction of Fredericktown
KB Automotive of Park Hills

Just Curious

Will Fredericktown start more that 20 in the feature? Just wondering so if we have 23 or so RAMS Sunday.

It would be fun if we used our heads a little. Yeah RIGHT!! My luck I'd be the first bone head. You'd be in lapped traffic in about 3 laps. Need that traffic to slow those two fords down a little. Working it would bring in a totally different ball game. :D :D

photos

millsey do you know if ther was any pic 's taken of the wanna bees at the rock ?

Got A few good shots in before the dust became to bad, I bailed out , sitting in the stands is enjoyable , I wish The "rock" had seats on both sides , some place to go when the wind is blowing the dust directly into the stands , But the view is amazing looking at the back stretch at the fields and farm , Nick
