For the drivers that may would like to give the race & the track a try here is a track discription of the Hartford Motor Speedway and directions to the track (coming from the west) for you.
*Directions to the track*
Track is located north of I-94 in the town of Hartford. Coming from the west the exit off the highway (I-94) is about 4 mile passed Lane Automotive on Center Street. Take Center Street North through town to 57th Avenue / Prospect Street. When you turn on 57th Avenue / Prospect street go about 3/4 mile / 1 mile west and you shoud see the track sign (you can't miss the sign).
*Track discription*
The Hartford Motor Speedway is a 1/2 mile (5/8's in the center of the racing groove) High-Banked Clay oval with about 24 degree banking in the turns. Track is about 85 - 90 feet wide all the way around. Cement walls line the outside of the track & guard rails line the inside if the track. The Pit area is located outside of turns 3 & 4. The track sits facing east / west.
