Hello from IRAQ

i miss racin

New Member
Hello everyone it's been awhile since i last wrote i've been gone from MO for awhile and was just wondering how everyone has been. The last time i was home the track was almost done it was getting a face lift and i was moblized and never got to see how the season went, or how the track felt?

I raced the #73 amod, i wasn't a familar face to anyone just a new kid on the block, but everyone was willing to help me get my ears wet. Some of my friends have given me some highlights and said that you guys raced one hell of a year, but that's something you always got when you went to the races at i55 every saturday night, i miss the smell of the fuel and the infield hamburgers. Although my nights were usually short and rarely made the feature to be a part of saturday night racing was exciting enuff, to bring me back every week.

Me and some of the guys who are also racing fans were wondering if anyone would like to send us some dvd footage of the races, don't go to any trouble just wondering? We don't get alot of time to hang out but it would be nice to see some hometown action.

Well i don't really know when i'm coming home but maybe i'll see you guys around the 06' season, the car is still in one piece and waiting to be brought back to life. I can't wait to come home to my family at home and at the track. You guys have a good season and i'll try to drop in every once in awhile to see how everyone is doing. Feel free to emai me if you want here's my address: christopher.moyer2@us.army.mil

Chris, it doesn't matter how many features you make we all do this 'cause we enjoy it ( at least most of the time). Do what you got to now and get back here safe. Look us up at the track and I'll buy you a cold one or 20.

May God bless you and all soldiers and bring you all home to your families and more important stuff.....like racing! Thanks for all your dedication to us, the free citizens of America.

Chris,

Thank you to you and all the others there with you. Without the sacrafices that you all are making we would likely be living in total fear even here in the States. Terrorism is no joke and the only reason that we are still enjoying the freedom and security that we have here is because of you and others like you. Thank you!

I am getting ready to start "my" rookie season and maybe when you get back we can swap a little paint. HAHA

In any event, you stay safe over there and make it home as soon as possible. May God Bless you and keep you safe! We are all praying for your rapid and safe return home and to the race tracks.

Eric

Thank you

Thanks everyone, for the support and the DVD's they will bring the moral up for sure. It's going to be nice to watch the racing that we all missed, 11hrs that's alot of racing.

But anyways i have to make this one short, there's work to be done so i'll see you all later, thanks again for all the support and i'll make sure everyone gets to see the dvd's

Just wanted to echo the sentiments, chris. We all appreciate what you guys are giving up and putting on the line. Myself, I hope you can put that *** where it belongs. In the a-mod. I'll be sure to thank you personally if I see you at Godfrey or pevely this year. Take care.
