hey just wanted to let everyone know that I'm in Iraq safe and breathing. Although the flight was a little rough and the landing was the worst I have ever felt. It kinda scared alot of people we thought the plane was getting shot down or something. We were all asleep and we didn't take time to approach the runway we just hit the ground slammed the brakes and stopped. Its really a funny story to tell now but was pretty scary then. Anyway I called dad the other day and caught him in the garage He started the truck for me and it sounds really really good. And with Krazie doin the paint job I know it will look awesome. I hope everyone else is doing good and about ready to go racing. I'll be thinking about you guys. Good luck.

Hey Chris do us all a favor and take care of yourself over there. We are gonna miss your enthusiasm and energy at the track this year but before we know it you will be back home giving us Ford guys fits on the track.
My car is all welded up. Just need to put the motor in, shocks, springs, paint, and other little things. I am going to try and get some pictures and post them soon.

hey mike thts good to hear. I hope you get it all done in time. I just got your pm from a little while back asking about the locals. Well we do see some who are working on the bases we've been on but unless we are buying stuff or having them do work for us we really don't talk that much. But there are troops from about6 or 7 other countries at the camp I am at now. I'll be leaving this camp in the next couple of days and going to another one. I should be there for about 3 months then I'll spend a week back at this one. It's a continuous circle. Hey if anyone tries to e-mail me please use my yahoo address until the ako account is fixed for those who don't know it it is c_pettus2001@yahoo.com. thanks c-ya later.

p.s. mike you know the chevy's always give the fords a good run for there money:D
