CERRITOS, Calif. (April 13) – Awards for IMCA special events competitors are new this season from HJC Motor-sports.
Designated place finishers at a total of 80 special events in all sanctioned divisions will receive $50 product certificates from the Cerritos, Calif., helmet and accessories manufacturer and re¬tailer.
Those certificates will be mailed from the IMCA home office within a week after race results are submit¬ted by the track.
HJC will again give SA2010 helmets to national champions in the Modified, Late Model, Stock Car, Hobby Stock, Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod, Smiley’s Racing Chassis Southern SportMod and Mach-1 Sport Compact divisions.
Helmets are to be presented during the national awards banquet in November.

"HJC makes an awesome SA rated helmet legal in IMCA competition and we were honored to present seven of them to national champions last year,” said IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder. “With the added gift certificates this year, I hope any IMCA driver looking to upgrade their own helmet will check out what HJC has to offer."
