LOGANSPORT, Ind. (May 3) – Hyperco will give product awards to IMCA drivers in four divisions and one special series this season.
Top three drivers in each of the five Modified regions and in both Stock Car regions, and in national standings for both the Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMods and Southwest Racing Specialties Southern SportMods who compete with at least one Hyperco spring all receive two Hyperco SNS Conventional springs.
The highest finishing driver in each Modified region competing with leaf springs nets a pair of Hyperco Conven¬tional leaf springs.
Hyperco, of Logansport, Ind., will also give two Conventional SNS springs to the top eligible Deery Brothers Sum¬mer Series driver. Second and third-place eligible drivers each get one Conventional SNS spring.
Drivers must display two Hyperco decals on their race car; Modified, Stock Car and SportMod drivers are also re¬quired to fill out and return a sign-up form to the IMCA home office by Aug. 1.
Information about Hyperco products is available by calling 800 365-2645 and at the www.hypercoils.com website.
"Switching from product certificates with a designated dollar amount to actual springs increases the value of the year-end awards to our drivers,” IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder said. “One point of emphasis is to leaf spring Modified drivers. They represent a small contingent but we don't want to leave awards on the table at the end of the year, so I encourage them to fill out the form and sign up for the program."
