I-55 Track Officials

Wanted to publicly thank the I-55 folks for their actions on Saturday. We were late getting to the track and probably would have missed the heat race if not for them. We called ahead and spoke to Linda. When we pulled in, there was only a guard at the gate. He directed us to the pits and advised that Don H would come to our pit to issue pitpasses. That allowed us to get the car readyfor the heat race. Don gave Brent a pitpass as he was pulling up the ramp. We made the heat race by a minute or two.

We appreciate the exceptional service and expect to race more at I-55 as a result.

PS Dont go to Benton. They are closed!

I thought that was your hauler going south past St. Gen. at about 4:30. Yall honked as ya past our school bus headed to Perryville. ****s that Benton is closed. They finally run out of money?

Benton was not running on 9-6-03 because of the SEMO District Fair open that weekend. It was an open date, hope this dosn't make you not run at track in the future.

Dirt Slinger, obviously our screw up. We love the track; wish it was closer.
I must say though that the i-55 gang took the sting out of the situation. Thanks
