IMCA World Products Empire State Series returns to Black Rock Speedway Oct. 21

DUNDEE, N.Y. (Oct. 17) – The World Products Empire State Series for IMCA Modifieds returns to Black Rock Speedway for a $500 to win main event this Friday, Oct. 21, during the Dutch Hoag’s National Open Weekend.
Pit gates and the grandstand both open at 5 p.m. Hot laps are at 6 p.m. and racing starts at 6:45 p.m. A minimum of $75 will be paid to take the green in the feature and there is no entry fee.
Grandstand admission is $10 for adults; fans 16 years of age and under get in free. Pit passes are $25.

Joshua Sawyer was the feature winner at Black Rock on April 9, opening night for the 10th annual tour.
Point leader Eddie Sites is the only two-time visitor to victory lane in the five series events held since. Kevan Cook, defending champion Chris Fleming and Mike Smith have each won once.
The tour concludes Saturday, Oct. 29 at Five Mile Point Speedway in Kirkwood.
IMCA Modifieds return to Dundee for a $1,000 to win Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot qualifying event during The Big One special Saturday, Nov. 5.
