Jesse Lowe Snares American Crate All-Star Series Win at 411

Headed to Crossville Speedway and Lake Cumberland Speedway


Crossville, Tennessee (7/03/19) – Jesse Lowe steamrolled to another victory on Saturday night. His 11th win of 2019 was worth $3,000 and came with the American Crate All-Star Series at 411 Motor Speedway in his Xtreme Pressure Washing No. 5j Gondolas Pizza and Steakhouse/ CVR Race Car Crate Late Model.

“We finished third at Crossville on Friday night, but honestly we were on the struggle bus all night. We just couldn’t get going like we normally do,” Lowe said. “Our team went through the car in the shop on Saturday before we headed to 411 Motor Speedway. We found a few things that needed to be tweaked, and that made all the difference.

“Our race team is made up of a bunch of people, who give a lot to help make us successful. So, to anyone who is helping me live this dream and use honor our Lord, I say ‘Thank you’.”

Friday night saw Jesse Lowe return to Crossville Speedway (Crossville, Tennessee) for the J. Paul Smith Memorial. Reeling in a Top-5 finish in the $3,000-to-win A-Main, Lowe scored crossed the finish line in the third position behind Brandon Williams and Cory Hedgecock with Trevor Sise and Jake Teague rounding out the Top 5.

The following night took 5J Motorsports to 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tennessee) for the American Crate All-Star Series sanctioned, Independence Day Shootout. Jesse recorded the third-fastest lap in time trials before placing second in the Dash behind Jensen Ford.

Jumping into the lead on the drop of the green flag in the feature, Lowe sailed to his 11th win of the season, which came over John Ownbey, Trevor Sise, Jensen Ford, and Zach Sise. He earned a $3,000 payday.

The upcoming weekend – July 19-20 – will see the team in action in Tennessee and Kentucky. Action opens on Friday night at Crossville Speedway (Crossville, Tennessee) with a $2,000-to-win event before heading north to Lake Cumberland Speedway (Burnside, Kentucky) on Saturday night for a $1,000-to-win program.
