umm MILLSEY OR THE BOSS have they lost the LEADERS ARE COMING HOLD YOUR LINE FLAG I have seen at least three times a leader has been taken out because of driver coming down on the leaders also have they discuss this in the drivers meeting leting the drivers know what the flag means do they even know what it looks like???????

smurf this definatly needs descused at the drivers meeting next race night. the bad thing about it the guy that did it to me didn't even come to me and say he was sorry . it would of ment a world of differance. next time he does that to me he's getting a right rear as i go by, like the gaurd rail got in turn 2. thanks smurf for noticeing........." the wolf "
 
Dave... Man you're intense this year. You gave me a right rear in the dash..... That happens and I didn't say anything. I think I know who you're talking about and I don't know if a flag was shown to him or not but that was just his 3rd night of racing and he's done a pretty good job of using his head out there. And he's going to get better. But then there's going to be a lot of lap traffic you're going to have to deal with this year the way you're running. Better get used to working it. "IF" I know you're back there I'll hold my line but I'm not pulling over. I heard it may have cost you the lead. I'm just trying to keep a little peace which sticks my neck out there but o well. Plus if it's who I think it is, I know him and he's family. Got to look out for him.

We're a pretty close group. If you have a problem take it to that person and get it taken care of and keep it off the board.

Now let's go racin and have some "FUN"

Listen Dave I might not have even put a comment on here until I read about someone being put in the wall. You've always been above that crap so don't stoop to it now. So you had your 1st 2nd place finish of the year. And you thought he got in your way. Is it worth putting a rookie in the wall for something he doesn't even know he necessarly did. Were you ever there as a rookie? Did you see the attention the LM's got from their feature Friday. I don't think our class needs that kind of crap that's all.

As we welcome new commers to race in our Assoc. and we are a entry level of racing for some, These things are going to happen!
I have gotten and have lost the lead before due to lap traffic. It is a BIG ART in racing getting around lapped traffic. As you get faster and we have less yellows you'll need to except this to accur.

i didn't say i was going to put any one in the wall. i wouldn't think of that ever. that never crosses my mind, and never will. racers just need to hold a line, he was all over the place. if he can't stay smooth then he needs to slow down a little to stay smooth.... from "the wolf"
 
further more

you can't go fast unless you start out learning to drive smooth. thats what i learned as a rookie last year. and from whatching lots of races sence i was little.
 
Dave if they're back there it's probably having some handling problems and learning as a rookie. I talked to him and he had no clue. If I took your first post wrong about the wall off 2 then I appoligize. You and I get along great and what I "Thought" I read suprised me.

BTW I survive the storm put my truck didn't. I'll post pics later.
 
I agree with you about the lap flag!!!!!I think if that lap car or slow cars don't get out of the way they should have to leave the race. I also think that they need to change were they start the race at, it should be on the staight way of the race track. Last week they started the race when the one car was a car lengh ahead of everybody. I can't believe they didn't start it over. I can't see the best but I think I could of seen that. That was the Pure Street,and THE LATE MODLES was just as bad. I think If they can't get it stated right after two tries then they should make the front two go to the back!!
 
Now wait a minute....

If you guys are talking about the same part of the race I'm thinking of the truck that was on the tail end of the lead lap was still racing and running a high line. He wasn't weaving back and forth and creating problems. If you decide to try and go around the guy on the high side and he's already up there where do you think he is suppose to go? Sometimes the quickest way around a track is not the fastest. If we are talking about the same thing it was just a racing thing. Just because you are the lead car doesn't mean he has to jump out of your way.
 
STARTING LINE

What I'm saying is that there is times when they get in the way! But what I was talking about the most was when they didn't restart the Pure Street race over when one of the cars were a full car lenght ahead of everybody. No the car that was ahead didn't win but it could've if it was a faster car. If they can't tell if they are even then they should move the starting place to the front stright way.
