Last weekend of July shakes up FASTRAK VP Racing Fuels National Weekly Championship

The final weekend of competition among FASTRAK VP Racing Fuels National Weekly Championship drivers in July brought a shake-up of the Top 10. The weekend’s biggest mover was Kyle Thomas, who has moved into third place after a runner-up finish at Tyler County Speedway. With his win at Tyler County Speedway, Trey Watson improved one position to fourth. Garrett Jones picked up two spots and currently sits eighth. AJ Spagnuola and Sparky Davisson cracked the top ten this weekend, in ninth and tenth, respectively.

A trio of drivers using the AFCO Crate Spec Shocks are in the top-ten. Current points leader, Michael Bland and second place Donnie Dotson both utilize the affordable shock package. Luke Hyre, who is currently seventh also uses the AFCO Crate Spec Shocks which retail for $187 each.

Brent Trimble picked up his second consecutive win at Elkins Raceway on Friday night, giving him three wins at Kerens, WV oval this season. Trey Watson picked up his first win of the 2019 season at Tyler County Speedway. Frankie Beard was the winner at Toccoa Raceway. Dallas Hatfield took the checkered flag at Lizard Creek Speedway.
