Lost/stolen Samsung Gallery III @ Tri-City Speedway 08/16/2013. If anyone has it or knows of someone who found it I would greatly appreciate it if they would return it. (it is unable to be turned on through the cell company because it's been red flagged and will be taken @ the time when whom ever tries to activate it) I am offering a $50.00 cash reward to the one who returns it. It was either lost/stolen in the grandstands the second set of bleachers coming out of turn 4, pit area or the parking lot.
