Monett Speedway in Monett, MO will celebrate it's 40th Anniversary of racing this Easter Sunday, April 4th. Long time track owner and veteran racing promoter Randy Mooneyham has spent the last 30 years turning the Monett Speedway, also known as the Grand Ol' Lady, into one of the longest continually racing dirt tracks in the country. "She still looks great and even after 40 years of racing, this track still provides some of the closest side-by-side racing you will see anywhere," stated Mooneyham.

In addition to running six classes each Sunday weekly from April 4th thru August 29th, this year's schedule is highlighted with the visits from the popular MARS DIRTcar Series, the Race Brothers Farm and Home Supply Show Me Racing Series and the USMTS Modifieds. Mainstays on the schedule include the 10th Annual Tony Roper Memorial on May 30th and the biggest race of the year, the 39th Annual 4-State Dirt Track Championships on September 5th.

Monett Speedway is located at 685 Chapell Drive in Monett, MO 65708 or online at www.monettspeedway.net.
