I was wondering who everyone thought should get the most improved driver in the sportsman class at belleclair. Chris Sale gets my vote. And i think Mike kurtz did very well for his rookie year in a sportsman car.

Most Improved- - Chris Sale
Rookie of the Year- - Randy Tyson Jr.
Best Appearing Car- - Paul Baumann (definitely not Chris Sale!! :D )

most improved chris sale for someone that does alot money wise on his own and has a family he does awsome, ya sponcers help but they dont pay for everything. he still finished second in points, and he got his first feature in seven years. my vote goes to chris. tommy smallwood second. good luck next year guys

Chris Sale has my vote also

I have to say that I am all for Chris Sale being most improved driver and i think that Tommy Smallwood would definetly be second or right up there with Chris. We sponsor both of these guys and we are very proud of them and all of their accomplishments and improvements. They have both come along way and done a great job. Keep up the good hard work.

I also have to agree with stephbrea about sponsorship, some drivers do this all on their own with very few or no sponsors at all. It doesn't always have to be about the all mighty dollar either, it can also be helpful to drivers and their pit crews to get parts and some help with the cars. We are very lucky to be able to help both of these great drivers out plus several others. We sponsor other drivers also at other tracks, and yes it is costly but well worth it when you have great race teams like Giesler racing team 85g, Sale racing 35, Smallwood racing 28, Soutiea racing c4 and Murphy racing 8. We have been a sponsor for a long time and will continue too, we love it and we have great drivers to support. Keep up the good work and I can't wait for next season!

Great season this year guys, we're very proud of all of you.
congrats to Joe Gielser and Race team for their Championship win at The Rock (Fredricktown)
and too Chris Sale on being Second in Points at Belleclair not very far from being First (#1). Great job guys!!

Thanks for a great season!

Chris Sale gets my vote as well. Something like 12 heat wins and two features. Cheat'n bastard!! LOL

Wahoo was running the best I have seen him run until he broke and quit.

I'll admit that I was trying to hold you back coming to the flag (you were very fast that night and were going to pass me anyway) if you admit that you got a 1 lap head start going into turn 3. LOL If not, we'll just have to try it again next year, many times I hope, until you get it right! LOL

Thats a tough one, Chris Sale had a GREAT season this year. Tommy Smallwood had one of his better years. Not sure if Wahoo ran a full season last year or not he could be in contention for a rookie of the year Paul Bauman could be thrown into the mix, Caveman JR had a good year. Lots of tough choices there really. Guess we will find out at the banquet.

Lonnie Casey defininately had a decent looking car i will give him that. As far as the most improved driver that is not in question. Lonnie had a new car this year and had problems working the bugs out of it. Last year he did great with a top 6 finish in points if i recall correctly. This year wasn't the case. I don't want anyone thinking i am dawging on Casey cause i am not. He is a very nice guy and i like racing with him. Good Luck to Lonnie Casey in 2004 and everyone else out there.

Tom

P.S. Is it April yet?????......:D :D

Chad is a very nice guy and a very good driver too. Somehow he always seems to find the wrong end of the stick....lol....sorry chad..... Does anyone know if Chad will have the same car next year? Haven't talked to him since Belleville's last night. Anyways good luck to chad and eveyone out there next year.
