Haubstadt, IN - June 23, 2013 - The MSCS Sprint Car event rescheduled for Saturday June 22nd at Lincoln Park Speedway in Putnamville, IN, was rained out once again. The original date for the event was May 25th and that attempt to complete the racing program was stopped by rain with the fourth heat on the speedway.
This time clouds greeted the early arrivals and the rain started just a few minutes after the pit gate opened at 3 o’clock. The rainfall was an absolute deluge and it was evident that racing was not going to occur that evening.

Officials will look into and consider other dates that MSCS could race at Lincoln Park Speedway this season. If a suitable date can be
found, an announcement will be made at that time. MSCS already has
another date to appear at Lincoln Park Speedway in seven weeks. The Return to Putnamville is set for August 10th.

The next event for the MSCS Sprint Cars will be the Summer Blast at Tri-State Speedway on Saturday June 29th. The event will also present the POWRi Midgets and Micro Sprints in addition to the 410 sprints. The race is the first of three outings for the MSCS sprint car drivers scheduled around the Fourth of July holidays.

MSCS will also be at the Terre Haute Action Track along with the KISS Series on Tuesday July 2nd and then at the Bloomington Speedway on Friday July 5th. All three races are unique and special shows at the very peak of the current season. At Terre Haute it will be NASCAR Night and at Bloomington the event will be the annual Sheldon Kinser Memorial Race.
