INDIANAPOLIS, IN--Thursday, December 9th, 2004 at the PRI Show in Indianapolis,
IN, officials of the NARA DirtCar Series and Lucas Oil Products of Corona, CA
announced that Lucas Oil Products will become the title sponsor for the NARA
DirtCar Series in 2005. Lucas Oil Products was a major associate sponsor in
2004 as the "Official Oil of NARA" and now in 2005 will take over as the title
sponsor of the North American Racing Association, which began sanctioning Dirt Late Model and Open Wheel Modified in 2004.

"We are very ecstatic to have Lucas Oil Products on board as the title sponsor for 2005," said Lucas Oil NARA DirtCar Series Director, Spencer Wilson. "Lucas Oil was pleased with our progress and the exposure they received through our ESPN2 broadcasts in 2004 and like the future plans we have for the Lucas Oil NARA DirtCar Series. The exciting racing that was exhibited this year by the drivers and the shows they put on makes this announcement even more gratifying, because the people at Lucas Oil noticed this and want to be a major part of our future."

In 2004 the Lucas Oil NARA DirtCar Series joined with ESPN2 to present dirt
track racing to 87 and a half million households across the nation. Races were taped for broadcast at Florence Speedway in Union, KY, Bluegrass Speedway in Bardstown, KY, K-C Raceway in Chillicothe, OH and Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, GA.

In adding the Lucas Oil NARA DirtCar Series to its title sponsorship of racing
series which includes the ATPA Lucas Oil Power Pulling Series, the NHRA Drag
Racing Series, the IHBA Drag Boat Racing Series and the Championship Off-Road Racing Series, Lucas Oil Products has made a substantial investment in an aggressive and diversified marketing program with some of the nation’s most successful, professional and influential sports entertainment entities. Choosing to align with and help grow the Lucas Oil NARA DirtCar Series further solidifies not only dirt Late Model racing but the Lucas Oil NARA DirtCar Series’ growing stature, presence and legitimacy as a sports entertainment powerhouse that is continually expanding its marketing capabilities and opportunities for national corporations.

Forrest Lucas and his wife Charlotte founded Lucas Oil Products in 1989. Prior
to that, Forrest was a truck driver for over 20 years. He and Charlotte were
also the owners of a nationwide long haul trucking fleet. They experienced
first hand the need for better lubricants and fuel treatments to maintain their
own equipment.

Given their personal experience in the trucking industry, Forrest and Charlotte
started Lucas Oil Products with the simple philosophy of producing only the
best line of lubricants and additives available anywhere. Since its inception,
Lucas has steadfastly adhered to this corporate objective.

Lucas is also one of the fastest growing additive lines in the consumer
automotive industry. A premium line of oils, greases and problem solving
additives has helped to firmly establish Lucas as a prominent figure in this
marketplace.

Lucas has long been directly involved in the American racing industry through
multiple vehicle sponsorship and racing event promotions, at all levels. Seeing
a need for better lubricants in this industry, the Lucas people went to work
again, the end result being a line of high performance engine oils and gear
oils that are second to none in the racing industry.
