I was wandering if anyone knows any modified shows that are left this year... Dont care how much they pay, just want to know whats left so we can go race.. Thanks
 
Modifieds are running as a support class during these Late Model special shows:

Sunday, September 21 at Fayette County Speedway
Saturday, September 27 at Highland Speedway
Sunday, September 28 at Fayette County Speedway

Modifieds are running Fridays in September at Fayette County and on Saturday September 20 at Highland as well.

Saturday Oct. 11 you have an open modified show, pays 1000$ to win, 75$ to start in Macomb, IL. Also on the same day is an open late model payin 1000$ to win, 100$ to start along with street stocks and hornets. Macomb speedway is a tight 1/5 mi. track, so bring your Macon setup! As far as rules go, if you are UMP or Nascar legal you will be fine, not sure about IMCA cars. I think the late model rules pretty much follow UMP as well, I know a few of their drivers compete at some UMP shows. For both modifieds and late models there is a 15$ entry fee and 25$ driver pit pass. Grandstand admission is 10$, gates open at 3:00, hot laps at 5:00, racing at 6:00. not 100% sure but i believe the modifieds are running as support class at kankakee sept 18 ump challange race and sept 19 kevin roderick race. check with the track to be sure.
 
Go to www.upmracing.com and check out the Modified points. That will list the shows that are still scheduled for UMP events. Go to the Track web sites to see if they are still running. Northern track in IL have shutdown for the most part, but there may be specials still available. You will need to come south for tracks still open.
Most tracks will be closing at the end of September, but there at specials at tracks like Brownstown.
 
Ya he went to macomb this year once for our first time and won.. So we know what its like and everything.. THanks for the reminder though.. Im sure we will be down there
