Wheatland, MO (January 5th, 2011) - After months of research and testing, Lucas Oil Speedway Officials are pleased to introduce a brand new Online Ticket Service for the 2011 Racing Season. Fans will now be able to buy tickets from the comfort of their living room, print tickets at home, and walk right up to the ticket gate without waiting in line at the ticket office. "This is a great step for Lucas Oil Speedway as we continue to try to improve the fan experience and make things easier on everyone." stated Lucas Oil Speedway General Manager Dan Robinson. "This new system is very user friendly and I think our fans will really like using the new system."
Advanced General Admission Tickets for the first Lucas Oil MLRA event scheduled for Saturday April 9th and for the POWRi National Midget Series event set for April 30th are now available by visiting www.LucasOilSpeedway.com and clicking on the "Buy Tickets" button or by clicking http://lucasoilspeedway.showclix.com. Fans can use all major credit cards to complete their purchase. Once tickets are purchased, fans can either print them at home, which is the preferred method by most fans or they can have their tickets held at the Will Call Window. Upon arriving to the facility, fans can simply present their printed ticket at the ticket booth and a new scanning system will be utilized to verify their tickets and quickly check them through the gate. Advanced General Admission tickets for additional events will be added throughout the season.
Tickets for The 19th Annual DART Show-Me 100 on Memorial Day Weekend are set to go on sale on Tuesday, February 1st, 2011. Advanced General Admission tickets will be available for purchase online only while the 2-day Reserved Tickets will only be available by calling the Lucas Oil Speedway Box Office at (417) 282-5984. The 2-day reserved tickets will be available until sold out or until May 1st, whichever comes first. If there are any single Friday or Saturday reserved tickets still available after May 1st they will be available for purchase online or by calling the Lucas Oil Speedway Box Office.
