UMP Late Models
John Tindal of Fancy Farm became the first Late Model driver to win three twenty-lap features this season when he took the lead from second-place finishing Randy Sellars of Mayfield on lap 15. Benton’s Tim Brown finished third. Kevin Cole and Sellars were heat race winners.

Matt Hartman of Paducah scored his first ten-lap feature win of the season in front of season multi-winners Jeffrey Bailey of Calvert City and Keaton Downing of Gilbertsville. Bailey and James Scott won their heat events.
Vintage Racers
Murray’s Mark Moore won another ten-lap main event. Rex Rutter of Madisonville and Tim Cunningham of Murray followed under the checkers. Moore and Lynn Forsee won the heats.
Another six-division program is on tap next Friday, July 18, with five UMP divisions and the Super Cell Mini Sprints. It will be C-Plant Federal Credit Union Night, plus the third annual Faster Pastor race will be staged. Local clergymen – cheered on by their congregations - will get behind the wheel of Warrior racecars for a six-lap “Preacher Feature”.
NASCAR Stars Dale Earnhardt, Jr, Ken Schrader, and Promoter Bob Sargent purchased Paducah International Raceway in November of 2005. Two-time NASCAR Champion Tony Stewart joined the trio of co-owners as a partner in September of 2006. In 2008 the 3/8th mile high-banked oval hosts several high profile events including three NASCAR Nights of Stars, the World of Outlaws Sprint Cars, the USA World 50, and the Tri-Track Challenge. NASCAR Stars Dale Earnhardt, Jr, Ken Schrader, and Promoter Bob Sargent purchased Paducah International Raceway in November of 2005. Two-time NASCAR Champion Tony Stewart joined the trio of co-owners as a partner in September of 2006. In 2008 the 3/8th mile high-banked oval hosts several high profile events including three NASCAR Nights of Stars, the World of Outlaws Sprint Cars, the USA World 50, and the Tri-Track Challenge.
