"Pepsi Bike Week" at Tri-City Speedway

Granite City, IL - Two lucky children will be going home with a brand new bicycle as Tri-City Speedway presents "Pepsi Bike Week" Saturday, April 24.

Children 10 and under can register this Saturday to win a Boys and Girls cycle and a Family Four-Pack of tickets good to any Missouri-Illinois Dodge Dealers Racing Series event at Tri-City. Saturday’s event is the first of four Bike Weeks at the Granite City quarter-mile.

The first two weeks of competition in the Missouri-Illinois Dodge Dealers Racing Series has produced nine different winners of the 10 feature events run so far: Terry James and Ken Rumble share the Ironman Late Model mantle; Tim Gaertner and Marty Kopp both have Mountain Dew Sportsman victories; Bobby Martintoni and Ricky Huebner have a Budweiser Modified win each; Ken Johnson, Jr., and Brad Gilleland are tops in the Dominos Street Stocks while Pat Harper dominates the Auto Trader Factory Stocks ranks with two wins.

Spectator gates for "Pepsi Bike Week" open at 6 p.m. with racing at 7 p.m. Adults $10; Students (11-17) $5 and Children 10 and under $2. Parking is always FREE. Tri-City Speedway is located one-half mile south of I-270 on Illinois Route 203 South (exit 4).
