You would think that most drivers that have been racing there weekly will be there. Rusty Griffaw, Jeff Herzog, Bobby Bittle, Tyler Ratajczyk to name just a few. Remember this is the first race of the 2019 season after the flood. Don't expect things to be in good shape, but it will take more time for the outside pits to dry out.
