POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. -- (April 15, 2006) Todd Hall of Charleston drove his #99 UMP Late Model to victory lane Saturday night at the Poplar Bluff Speedway. Hall held off Chris Jones of Neelyville in the feature to pick up the win with Kevin Roslen of Sikeston taking third, Johnny Stephens of Dexter fourth and Mike Hammerle of St. Charles fifth. They were followed by Scott Bell, Jerry Dunaway, Emmett Groves and Terry Johnson.
In the Modified feature, Austin Matthews of Dexter picked up the checkered flag with Shane Moody of Bernie second, Joe Giesler of St. Mary third, Chad McCoy of Poplar Bluff fourth and Tony Anglin of Walnut Ridge, Ark. fifth. They were followed by Jared Wagster, Jeremy Conner, Ashley Newman, Emmett Groves and Scott Burge.
In the Super Street feature, Jerry Buck of Paragould, Ark. was the winner with Claudie Cook of Portageville second, Greg Sparks of Malden third, Jared Wagster of Scott City fourth and Johnny Houart of Gideon fifth. They were followed by Jason Pennington, Tim Winchester, Paul Reeder, Chris Cannon and Jason Palmer.
In the Pure Street feature, Coot Wilson of Portageville captured first place with Robert Wilson of Van Buren second, Johnny Houart of Gideon third, Claudie Cook of Portageville fourth and Jeff Beeson of Jackson fifth. They were followed by Mark Todd, Barry Daniels, Jacob Black, Rob Lee and Chuck Tilley.
In the Dwarf car feature, John Leahy of Ironton took his #8 car to victory lane with Scott Bell, II of East Prairie second, Mike Zaricor of Farmington third, Jim Black of Bonne Terre fourth and Aaron Bell of East Prairie fifth. They were followed by Richard Shetley, Jeff Asher, Vince Conway, Jonathan Hall and Dick Shetley.
In the 2-Man Cruiser feature, the team of Carter/Carter from Corning, Ark. picked up the checkered flag with Harbrueger/Wayne of Kennett second, Coffer/Coffer of Kennett third, Anders/Anders of Brosley fourth and Brown/Austin of Brosley fifth. They were followed by Reece/Retherford, Graham/Russell, Prince/Prince, Cochran/Earnest and Leach/Leach.
