Inside Line Promotions - HEATH, Texas (Aug. 27, 2018) - Travis Rilat will make his first start at Lake Ozark Speedway in a little more than eight years this weekend.

The BDS Motorsports driver is scheduled to compete at the track in Eldon, Mo., on Saturday and Sunday during the 9th annual LOS 360 Sprint Car Nationals with the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour presented by SawBlade.com.

"I can't remember the last time I've been there, but I know it's been a long time," he said.

Rilat finished 14th out of more than 50 drivers during an ASCS National Tour event on June 26, 2010.

This weekend's opportunity will provide Rilat back-to-back nights on the same track.

"That helps you because you get more time on the track," he said. "Some of the races where we've done better at we've had more experience there or had multiple nights. It lets you really tune your car up to the track."

Rilat, who enters the weekend ranked ninth in the ASCS National Tour championship standings, said his goal is consistent top-five finishes. He is currently tied for seventh in the series with six top fives during ASCS National Tour competition.

"We want to be consistently running toward the front," he said. "If you can be a consistent top-five car you'll put yourself in position to win races."
