Solo, (Autocross) is a timed, non-hazard, precision driving competition on a paved surface that emphasizes the driver's ability and the car's handling characteristics. This is accomplished by driving a course that is designated by traffic cones on a parking lot or inactive airstrip. http://www.scca.com/solo/ http://www.stlsolo.org/

PDX, (Performance Driving Experience) These events allow you to drive your car on a racetrack (aka. "track days") and provides an instructional environment for drivers who simply want to improve their driving skills and increase their enjoyment of driving their street vehicle. True to the "run what ya brung" adage, all it takes to be a part is your street car, a valid drivers license, and a helmet.

Club Racing, If you are ready to go full in for wheel to wheel racing, SCCA offers a very wide range of vehicles and classes to compete in from basic street cars with a minimum of modifications to specific purpose "winged" racers. On the low end Club Racing is the least expensive path available to running on a Road Course, while the upper end allows super fast vehicles, and both provide a very competitive experience. There are even "Spec" classes where all the vehicles are built and prepared exactly the same so the driver is the only variable. http://www.scca.com/clubracing/

Get Involved! Love racing but do not care to drive? You can become an "Official" for the races in many different specialties. Match your desires and abilities or experience to things like Timing and Scoring, Tech Inspectors, or Flagging and Communications for the "best seat in the house", and many more! http://www.scca.com/about/?cid=44414
