Six top national IMCA rookies earn awards from The Joie of Seating

KANNAPOLIS, N.C. (April 14) – Awards from The Joie of Seating are part of the post-2011 season prize bounty for national rookies of the year in six IMCA divisions.
The Kannapolis, N.C., seat manufacturer gives $250 product certificates to top first-year drivers in the IMCA Modi¬fied, IMCA Late Model, IMCA Sunoco Stock Car, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock, Karl Chevro¬let Northern SportMod and Smiley’s Racing Chassis Southern SportMod classes.
In addition, winners of 80 designated special events, including all 19 races in the Deery Brothers Summer Series for Late Models, earn $200 product certificates.
The Modified champion at the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals receives a $500 product certificate good to¬ward the purchase of a Saturday Night Special seat. The Stock Car, Hobby Stock and Northern SportMod champions each receive $450 certificates or a bolt-on Safer System
