Soggy bottom raceway is proud to announce the opening event of the season will be the monster modified special on april 23 and 24. The track is under new management by kevin burt a former ump modified driver, the track will be ran by the racer for the racers!!! With an open mind for suggestions putting racing in the perspective of the racers. This event will give local and traveling modified drivers a chance to observe the new operation have a good time and race with a great payout on the line.
Friday april 23
gates open at 1:00, hot laps at 5:00, qualifying immediately after, racing starts at 7:00.
Monster modified 30
divisions-ump modifieds, ump limited modifieds, ump pro late models.
There will be group hot laps, group qualifying, group heats, b-mains, and a 30 lap main event. The number of b mains will be determined by the car count.
Ump modified payout-1. 1,200.00 2. 700.00 3. 550.00 4. 450.00 5. 375.00 6. 300.00 7. 275.00 8. 250.00 9. 225.00 10-22. 200.00.
All other divisions will have regular payout.
Saturday april 24
gates open at 12:00, hot laps at 3:00, qualifying immediately after, racing starts at 5:00.
Monster modified 40
divisions-ump modifieds, ump limited modifieds, ump pro late models, and all regular divisons.
There will be group hot laps, group qualifying, group heats, b-mains, and a 40 lap main event. The number of b mains will be determined by the car count.
Ump modified payout-1. 3,000.00 2. 1,500.00 3. 1,000.00 4. 700.00 5. 600.00 6. 500.00 7. 450.00 8. 400.00 9. 350.00 10. 250.00 11-22. 200.00.
All other divisions will have regular payout.
