Attention Sportsmen, just in case you didn't know it we've started a special class at the Fredericktown Raceway just so you guys can come and race there. It's called the Sportsmen/Hobby Stock class or the Hobby Stock/Sportsmen class. YOU DON'T HAVE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR CARS IN ORDER TO COMPETE AT OUR TRACK!!! You just run your regular rules you normally run. At the end of the year we're going to sit down and hammer out a generic set of rules for everyone where you still won't have to make any changes in your car in order to run there. So Ricky Horton, Bob Prince, Stuppy and the rest of you guys can race and still be close enough to home to get ready for something on Saturday night. We increased the payout to where it's goes something like $500, $350, $275, $225, $150, $125 down to $50 to start the "A" main. That's probably not the exact payout, but it's in the ballpark. It's going to remain that thoughout the rest of this year and next. We are making the Sportsmen/Hobby Stocks and the Modifieds our FEATURE CLASSES so you're going to get treated like FEATURE CLASSES!
This is also for the UMP MODS... The only thing you guys have to do to race is add 50 pounds and we used the American Racer tires. Same payout as previously mentioned. We are basically an IMCA style track. I've mentioned this before, but a couple of weeks ago Rich Whaley and Brian Worley came down and put on a racing clinic along with Joe Giesler and Brent Thompson.. This was two weeks ago and I had another person come up to me and talk to me about that race again today!! So come on down and play guys!!.. Gates open at 5 p.m. with racing at 7:30.. If you are going to arrive late just call and let us know. We'll do whatever we can to get you taken care of. Raceday phone number is (573) 78DRIVE

Thanks,
Millsey

$500 TO WIN $225 FOR 4TH? THAT WILL LURE SOME I'M SURE. MILLSEY COULD YOU POST WHEN THE PAYOUT BECOMES A "SURE THING"?

THANKS!

PD, that's pretty much right on... It pays all the way down to 12th place inflated money before it hits the $50 to start the "A" main. That's based on a 20-car field, but I don't think we're going to be having problems with a small field anymore. Last week was 28 mods and 21 sportsmen/hobbys. I was told by a few guys they just couldn't get off work that day or that 21 easily could have reached 25.

If anyone needs any held or information day or night feel free to contact me at (573) 747-0566..
