Springfield,Mo.-Racefans attending the March Madness event at the Quick-Quarter of the SpringfieldRaceway 1/4 mile dirttrack on Sat March 27th will get a chance to experience March Basketball Madness along with the outstanding racing action.
Garfields Rest and Pub located at the beautiful Branson Landing have teamed-up with the racetrack and are sponsoring a chance for someone to win $100 just by hitting a 3 point basket during the Opening Race of the season.A goal will be placed in the infield and distance marked off for the 3 point attempt.
Garfields will have a booth set-up at Springfield for the March Madness event featuring the opening race for the popular Show-Me Racin Series LateModels,A-Mods,SportMods and LegendCars in which fans can register at this chance to win $100.
Three names will be drawn and those fans will get a chance at showing their long distance Basketball skills.
Also each feature winner that day will also get a chance to hit a 3-point Basket for an extra $100.

The March Madness event features the Opening race in 2010 for the popular Show-Me LateModels while the A-Mods will compete for $1,000 to win SportMods $400 to win and the Legends $300 to win.
The PitGates open at 11AM with hotlaps starting at 2PM and Racing action at 3:30.Pitpasses are $35.
The Grandstands will open at 1PM-Adult Admission for this opening Race In Southwest Missouri is $15 while kids prices are 6-12 $5 and 5 and under Free.
The event has over $20,000 in purse money posted
