It is time to nominate your favorite Sprint, Multi, Mini-Sprint driver for 2003. Since only a couple of tracks in the immediate area run these regularly, they are all together at least for this year.

The top 15 nominations (15 drivers with the most nominations) along with 2 or so additional that I add will then be posted in a poll for everyone to vote.

Nominations are open until 8am on Tuesday, September 16th, 2003.

Then you will be eligible to vote on those until October 1st

The winner will then receive their award at Racestock 2003...

I think all of last year's winners were very pleased with their award.

So, reply to this message with your nominations. You may nominate more than one driver as well.

J. J. Yeley, I know a lot of you don't see him locally plus he is non wing, but he is having the best season period in any form of sprint car racing. I mean no disrespect to Tim Montgomery.

There's only one choice here: Tim Montgomery. He has dominated all season long and won several big regional races. If he was not selected it would be a crime.

JPR, are we talking about the same Daniel Adler that drives the #50 sprint car???

Yes Millsey

Yes Millsey, #50 and the other three I mentioned have something in common.:)

Sprints - Timmy Montgomery - He's dominated everything this year

Multis - Derek O'dell - I've watched him at several different tracks and he's always a top competitor

Gentleman Jim Moughan, of course. With 25+ years of racing under his belt, you would be hard pressed to find one as smooth and as consistent as Jim.

JIM RILEY!!!!

O wait you said for 2003 not 1983:D :D

I'm going with WingsRock..... Tim Montgomery

1m jim moughan , 6 wins @ jacksonville , 2 wins @ farmington , a top 5 with all stars & ncra .also made several outlaw show's this season with a 15 place finish @ terrehaute.

Timmy Montgomery! If Timmy don't win it then you guys shouldn't do another poll. Timmy had won 7+ features in Farmington, 1 at Pevely, Won a All Star Show, and won at Memphis. If Timmy don't egt it will be a crime. Jimmy Moughan has had a great year to but Timmy's has been better. Someone everyone is leaving out is Jerrod Hull. He has been a Timmy Killer in Farmington. LOL Timmy with out a doubt!

Sprints - Jerrod Hull
Midgets Tim Siner
Multi's- Well i'd give that to Derek "The Rocket" O'Dell. Hes made a few trips down to Doe Run and won damn there every time. Hes also won at every other track in the area so i'd say its safe to say. He's pretty quick. O yeah that 25 of Brett Anderson aint to bad either
