CLARKSVILLE, TN - StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series
officials have announced that Jackson Motor Speedway in Jackson, MS has
joined the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series for the 2006 season.
Competitors in the Jackson Motor Speedway Crate Late Model Division will now
be eligible for weekly, regional and national point funds, plus contingency
awards.

Jackson Motor Speedway becomes the fourth Mississippi dirt
track to sign up for the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series, joining Columbus
Speedway in Columbus, MS, Magnolia Speedway in Columbus, MS, and Pike County
Speedway in Magnolia, MS.

"The StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series is the wave of the future, and we
wanted to be a part of it at Jackson Motor Speedway," Track promoter Lacy
Harrelson said. "With the economical cost, availability, and reliability of
the GM Performance Crate Engine, I think we're going to see a lot of racers
that could not afford to compete before, getting back into the sport. They
can now afford to race with new equipment."

The StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series features economical engines produced
by GM Performance and sealed at factory. The steel-head "602" engine sells
for $2,950, and the aluminum-head "604" engine sells for $4,950, with free
delivery for either engine. These engines are race-ready right out of the
crate from the factory.

Jackson Motor Speedway will also host a StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series
National Touring event, a two-day $5,000-to-win race on June 9-10.

"Adding Jackson Motor Speedway to the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series
gives the racers in Mississippi choices on where they can race without
having to make big changes to their race cars," StormPay.com Dirt Late
Series President of Operations and Communications Roby Helm said.
"Mississippi racers can buy one $100 license, and be registered to compete
at Jackson, Columbus, Magnolia, or Pike County with the same race car."

Helm said he and Series Director Mike Vaughn are talking with several more
tracks about coming on board with the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series, and
hosting StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series National Touring Events.

"Having 78 cars show up at our season opener at Talladega Short Track for
the Ice Bowl got a lot of promoters' attention, and the fans seemed to enjoy
the show as well," Helm said. "The phones have been ringing off the hook
from racers wanting to know how to get the equipment, and from track
promoters asking for information."

StormPay.com officials will be making more announcements in the days to come
leading up to the start of the 24-week StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series
season on April 14. One of these announcements will be the 2006
StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series National Touring schedule.

"We're planning on sanctioning 24 StormPay.com Dirt Late Model National
Touring events which will pay a separate point fund from the Weekly Racing
Series," Helm said. "Right now we've got 17 events locked in, with seven
dates available. We will also be announcing up to four non-points special
events."

Competitors can purchase the GM Performance Crate Engines, as well as
register and purchase StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series memberships on a
secure page online at www.stormpayracing.com.

The next event for the StormPay.com Dirt Late Model Series National Tour
will be on January 21 at Columbus Speedway in Columbus, GA with a 40-lap
$2,000-to-win race as a part of the 6th Annual Winter Classic. For more
