Storms Force Tri-City Cancellation

Granite City, IL – Persistent rainstorms forced cancellation of Saturday’s NASCAR Dodge Weekly Series action at Tri-City Speedway.

The action resumes May 30 when the NASCAR Dodge Weekly Series and the U.S. Army proudly present “NASCAR U.S. Army Night.”\

To celebrate the U.S. Army’s 228th birthday, and to show our appreciation for our armed forces, all armed forces personnel, their dependents and military veterans will be admitted free to “NASCAR Army Night” with a valid military i.d. card.

The NASCAR Dodge Weekly Series features the Late Models on the lightning-fast half-mile and the ShorTrack Series Sportsmen, Street Stocks, Modifieds, Hornets and 600cc Micro Sprints on the tough quarter-mile bullring.

Spectator gates open at 6 p.m. with racing at 7 p.m. Adults $12.00, Students (11-17) $5.00 and Children 10 and under $2.00. There is always plenty of FREE parking.

Tri-City Speedway is located one-half mile south of I-270 o Illinois Route 203 south (exit 4).
