The sky was dark and cloudy over Red Hill Raceway Saturday night, but only two sprinkles on a brick fell. After some of the clouds cleared, it looked like the moon was almost full. The reason I brought up a full moon is that the Modified feature took on the look of a bunch of loonies when the moon is full. Never saw anything like it.

now lets see... that would have been Shaw, Shamhart, Aldridge, (oops..not Aldridge) Moore, Milligan, Dowty.(oops , not Dowty), Coomes, Shipman, Bean, Bradham, Jones, Shick, Dedrick, Anderson, Claycomb, W. Smith, Latch, Pinnick, Cox, Beadles, Hobson, Gardner, Cannon, Wheeler, and Snyder....

ummmm..now lets see.... you think it was the moon that made these drivers wreck and tear up their cars??? AND ACT LIKE LOONIES.... you are probably right.... couldn't have been the bad track that caused them to lose control of their cars or actually losing car parts....

Im not one to bash but I have never raced on a track that rough in my life, like last night at red hill. I loaded my car after the heat which we won and would have started in front of the feature, but had several welds on the frame tearing loose and shocks didnt think $1000 was worth destroying a car for. Didnt stay for feature but sounds like we made a good call. I hope they get the track fixed because it is an awsome facility. Hobson Motorsports
