ATTENTION RACE KIDS, bring your parents to our annual KIDS NIGHT this Sunday! During intermission, Kids will be able to catch a ride with their favorite drivers. This is one of our favorite nights, as we love to see the look on the kids faces as they get in the car and go for a ride in a real Race Car. Parents, be sure to bring your cameras. Autographs from the drivers, and of course Rick the Flagman will be available during intermission as well. Kids night is sponsored by The UPTOWN TAVERN Located in Danville IL.

SUPER STREET SPECIAL
In conjunction with KIDS NIGHT we will have the Super Street Special which will pay $500.00 to WIN. With the hope of drawing more cars to our race track, we are changing our tire rule to include all tire brands. Starting this weekend through the rest of the season; any tire on an eight inch rim that will pass through an 11 inch hoop is legal for super streets. For new drivers to the track, please check our rules at www.vermilioncountyspeedway.net to insure that your car meets our specifications. If you are still unsure feel free to contact Bill at 217-304-0429.

UMP MODIFIEDS
For the UMP Modifieds, Bill has once again listened to the drivers and is revising the purse which will be based on a 20 car count. The total amount of the purse is not changing; Bill is simply restructuring the payout. The Modified Feature will continue to pay $400.00 to win. We hope to have the new purse posted on the website by the end of the week. If we are unable to do so, the information will be available at the race track on Sunday. As always, if you have questions you can contact Bill at 217-304-0429.

DRIVERS PLEASE CONSIDER RACING WITH US
We realize that all of our Fans and Race Teams need to be at work on Monday morning. With the exception of two special shows, all of our racing has been completed by 10:00 PM this season. To help get our teams on their way home as soon as possible, our scorer faxes the results to the pit trailer upon completion of each feature race. This allows the payout to be ready for the drivers in a timely fashion. At VCS you do not have to wait for all racing to be concluded to get your money. Please consider giving us a try and come racing with us this weekend.
