Just 3 nights left in the points race at Tri-City Speedway. No stock cars this week due to the USAC Midgets / Bob Wente Classic, but the NASCAR Dodge Weekly Series returns September 6, 13 & 20th. NASCAR had it's tv production crew there Saturday night to get some video for the banquet. In action this past weekend, August 23, Tom Seets won at Tri- city Speedway, Tim Lance was 2nd at Peoria, and Rick Bilderback won at Rockford. As always, look for the cpi update around mid-week.
